Multi-site IT support

Depots, branches and offices that behave like one business

Standard builds, secure links between sites, failover where it matters and one helpdesk for everyone, from a team that has run multi-depot networks for over a decade.

In short

Dig IT Solutions provides managed IT support for multi-site businesses across Hertfordshire, Essex and London: site-to-site VPN or SD-WAN connectivity, standardised firewalls, switching and Wi-Fi managed from one console, 4G or 5G failover, cloud-first Microsoft 365 design, and a single helpdesk and engineering team that covers every location.

Problems we fix

What goes wrong with more than one site

  1. 01

Every site is set up differently

Different routers, different Wi-Fi, different ways of getting to the shared drive. Every fault is a new investigation.

  2. 02

Sites cannot reach head office systems

Staff email spreadsheets between branches because there is no secure link back to the systems that matter.

  3. 03

    One connection, no fallback

When the broadband at a depot fails, the depot stops trading and nobody knows until a customer complains.

  4. 04

Support that only covers the head office

The provider is near one site and the others get remote-only, or worse, a local computer shop.

Approach

How we set it up

  • 01

    Site-to-site connectivity

VPN or SD-WAN style links between locations over business connectivity, so every site uses the same systems securely.

  • 02

    Standard builds and configuration

The same firewall, switch and Wi-Fi standard at every site, managed from one console, so a fault at site three looks like a fault at site one.

  • 03

    Failover

4G or 5G backup connectivity at sites that cannot afford to stop, with automatic cut-over.

  • 04

    One helpdesk for every location

Staff at any site call the same number, and the engineer can see every site's network and devices.

  • 05

    Cloud-first where it fits

Microsoft 365, SharePoint and hosted applications reduce how much traffic has to cross between sites at all.

  • 06

    Engineers who travel

From Hoddesdon across Hertfordshire, west Essex and London, with scheduled visits for sites further afield.

FAQ

Questions we are asked

Straight answers. If yours is not here, call 020 8482 4020 or 01992 939 365 and ask an engineer.
How do you support sites outside Hertfordshire?
Remote support and cloud-managed networking handle the majority of issues at any site. For hands-on work we travel, schedule regular visits, or use trusted local engineers for sites a long way from Hoddesdon. Our longest-standing client is a multi-depot business we have supported for over fifteen years.
Do all our sites need the same broadband?
No, but each needs a business-grade connection appropriate to its size, and consistency in the equipment on the end of it matters more than the line itself. We assess each site and recommend leased line, FTTP or broadband plus failover based on what it does.
Can we add a new depot or branch quickly?
Yes. Because the design is standardised, a new site is a repeat of a known build: order connectivity early, install the standard kit, join it to the network and the management console, and it behaves like every other site.
What about staff who move between sites?
With Microsoft 365 identity, cloud-managed Wi-Fi and consistent device builds, staff sign in at any site and get the same experience. Site-specific systems, such as a depot printer or hire desk, are made available on that site's network.
How is multi-site support priced?
The same per-device model as single-site support, plus a monthly amount per additional site to cover connectivity management and on-site logistics. The cost calculator lets you enter the number of sites and see the effect.
