Pricing
How our IT support pricing works
A monthly fee based on your devices, three levels of IT security, and projects quoted at a fixed price after a site survey. Published so you can compare properly.
In short
Dig IT Solutions charges a monthly fee for managed IT support based on the number of devices. Servers, network equipment, and users without their own dedicated device are charged separately.
IT security is available in three levels: Essential, Enhanced and Advanced.
Projects such as system migrations, cabling and office moves are quoted separately at a fixed price following a site survey.
The prices below are estimates. Final prices will be confirmed in a written quotation.

Quoted fixed-price after a survey
Some work does not belong in a monthly fee: Microsoft 365 migrations, server-to-cloud moves, structured cabling and fibre, Wi-Fi installations, office moves, CCTV systems and hardware refreshes. We survey, then quote a fixed price with hardware and labour shown separately, so you can approve it with confidence.
If you are comparing providers, ask each one the same questions: is EDR included, is MFA enforced, is backup monitored and tested, is on-site cover included, and what happens at the end of the contract. Our guide to IT support contracts lists the terms to check.
